tim e38c8d655a Add a date format for download names 
The new setting gives the strftime format of {pubdate}, {timestamp} and {last_modified}.
The default is Calibre's "%b, %Y".

tim 9e7a488b50 Add Calibre's file name templates 
The module prepares the metadata of a book and expands a template as Calibre 9.2.1 does with
its default tweaks. It takes fields, formats, indexes, and text before and after a field. It
refuses template functions and the program modes.
